Jeff Goldblum Loves 'The Mandalorian' And Wants To Work With Taika Waititi Again

Jeff Goldblum revealed that he is a big fan of Disney+’s “The Mandalorian” and is ready to do another project with Taika Waititi. Waititi directed one of the episodes of “The Mandalorian” Season 1.
Speaking in an interview with Insider, the 67-year-old actor said that he loves the show and completely adores the “Thor: Ragnarok” helmer. He also shared that he would love to work with him and also teased a “secret project” that could possibly be with Waititi.
Goldblum also praised Disney and its streaming service, describing them as a “great bunch.” The “Jurassic Park” star also noted that Disney+ is a wonderful family and he is proud to be associated with it.
“I'm a fan of it! I'm a fan, of course, of Taika Waititi. I adore him, always did before I even worked with him, and maybe we'll do something again together . We've talked about doing something else that has to be secret right now but I would do anything with him, sure. And Disney Plus is just a great bunch of people to be associated with. They are a wonderful family, how smart and sweet and kind they are,” Insider quoted Goldblum, as saying.
Goldblum has already worked with the Academy Award-winning filmmaker in “Thor: Ragnarok.” The movie turned out to be a great success for both of them and Goldblum was praised for his impeccable skills.
Meanwhile, Waititi has been an important part of “The Mandalorian” since its inception. He directed the season finale of the series. The episode, entitled “Redemption,” is one of the two episodes that holds a score of 100% on review site Rotten Tomatoes.
Disney recently revealed the release date for the second season of the show, saying that the upcoming season will be available on the streaming service on Oct. 30.
As far as Goldblum is concerned, he will be next seen in the third installment of the “Jurassic World” series. The movie, entitled “Jurassic World: Dominion,” is scheduled to hit theaters in 2021.
Apart from Goldblum, Laura Dern and Sam Neill, who also starred in the original “Jurassic Park” movie, will be appearing in the upcoming film in their respective roles of Dr. Ellie Sattler and Dr. Alan Grant.
