Former World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) star and All Elite Wrestling (AEW) performer Jeff Hardy was arrested Monday in Volusia County, Florida, for driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol.

His recent arrest marks the third DUI for Hardy in four years.

Following his arrest, AEW suspended him with its president, Tony Khan, saying Hardy "can only return to AEW upon successfully completing treatment and maintaining his sobriety."

He first joined WWE together with Matt in 1998. He was released from WWE in April 2003 reportedly due to his erratic behavior and drug use leading to his deteriorating ring performance and constant tardiness.
