She is believed to have been abducted by 39-year-old Robert Joseph Peeples, 39, who is a white male with blue eyes and blonde hair in a buzz cut. He is five feet 10 inches tall and weighs around 187 pounds. The relationship between the victim and the suspect was not clear.
The two of them were believed to be traveling in a white GMC Vandura with the Georgia license plate of RJK1620. The police believe the suspect might be taking the missing girl to Winder, Gwinnett or Mississippi, after they were able to ping Robert’s cell phone. The signal suggested that his car was heading down the spaghetti junction in the direction of Mississippi. Baylee was reported to be in "extreme danger."
Anyone with information regarding the toddler's whereabouts is requested to contact the Arcade Police Department at 706-367-1821 or dial 911.
