Jenelle Evans Graduates From College; Kailyn Lowry Shares Excitement For ‘Teen Mom 2’ Co-Star’s Big Day

It’s been a long road for “Teen Mom 2” star Jenelle Evans, but she is now officially a college graduate. The MTV reality star took part in her school's commencement ceremony on Friday.

Following the graduation, Jenelle announced her achievement on Instagram. “Sexy and successful!” Jenelle captioned a photo of herself in a royal blue cap and gown. “If I have been through all I did today and still can go back to school and graduate… SO CAN U,” she wrote.

Jenelle also shared an image of her fellow classmates prepping for the commencement. “We have been waiting for this day for awhile now, happy all of us made it,” she wrote.

While it doesn’t appear Jenelle’s fiancé, Nathan Griffith, has publicly congratulated his future wife on her big day, that hasn't stopped one of Jenelle’s “Teen Mom 2” co-stars from gushing about her achievement. “Jenelle graduates this week!” Kailyn Lowry tweeted to her 1.4 million followers Thursday night. Her post was published during the premiere of the latest “Teen Mom 2” episode.

Jenelle opened up about her forthcoming graduation during a fan Q&A on the official “Teen Mom 2” Facebook page Thursday. “I just finished school graduation at the end of the month,” she wrote. Jenelle also shared with viewers that she is searching for a job and is looking forward to beginning her “new career as a medical assistant.”

While she may be proud of her latest achievement, it doesn’t appear Jenelle is closing the book on school just yet. When asked where she sees herself in five years, she responded, saying, “Hopefully buy a house, married, and graduated as a surgical technician.”
