Jennie Garth looked unrecognizable alongside Tori Spelling in a new Instagram photo the “Beverly Hills, 90210” star shared with fans.

Garth posted the picture on Monday with the caption, “Working with my favorite partner in crime!” showing herself and Spelling standing side-by-side in a casual look of T-shirts.

Both Garth and Spelling are in Israel, where they showed their appreciation for Castro Fashion and the country itself by saying, “Thank you @castrofashion @castrofashion_kids #israel We [heart] Israel.”

Fans responded to the new photo of Garth by wondering if their actress has undergone plastic surgery. One fan wrote, “ Oh Jennie! You are beautiful & don’t need all that Botox! Sadly you are unrecognizable here! ”

Another fan commented, “ your face looks so different though. How much surgery have you gotten ?! ”

While another wrote, “ Omg! You seem so fake…” to which Garth responded, “nope, I’m human.”

Garth and Spelling will appear in the revival of “Beverly Hills, 90210” this summer alongside their co-stars; Jason Priestly, Ian Ziering, Brian Austin Green, and Gabrielle Carteris.
