Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt’s potential reunion will not be tense or uncomfortable.

Aniston and Pitt have been separated for almost 15 years. However, their fans are still hoping that they will reunite. In fact, many were excited for their potential reunion at the Golden Globes Awards and SAG Awards.

According to an insider, if the exes will bump into each other at those events which is not unlikely to happen since they are both nominees, their encounter will not be awkward.

“Jen and Brad are friends and occasionally connect,” a source told Us Weekly. “There’s no chance that a potential run-in between Jen and Brad will be tense or uncomfortable.”

Pitt and Aniston have maintained their friendship after their split. The source even added that the “Ad Astra” star supported his ex-wife when he attended Aniston’s 50th birthday bash in February. The source insisted that Pitt and Aniston remain fond of each other despite reports claiming otherwise.

Meanwhile, another insider told Hollywood Life that Angelina Jolie’s ex-husband is looking forward to seeing his friends at the award ceremony including Aniston. The source said that there was a time when their reunion would have been awkward but not this time and “not anymore.” Aniston and Pitt share a number of mutual friends and it’s a plus that the exes are friends again. The source added that Pitt will enjoy it when he sees Aniston at the Golden Globes.

On the other hand, some social media users felt that their runion would be “awkward” and “ridiculous.” While others wanted Pitt and Aniston to reconcile, some are no longer interested in the thought of them getting back together.

One Twitter user said that Pitt cheated on Aniston with Jolie. They just maintain their friendship because the “Murder Mystery” actres is very forgiving. He added that Aniston deserves someone so much better than Pitt.

Aniston also maintains a good relationship with her second ex-husband Justin Theroux. In fact, they spent Thanksgiving together with her pals sparking rumors that they got back together. However, one should take the report with a grain of salt since Aniston and Theroux have always been friends even after their separation.
