'Friends' star Jennifer Aniston may soon be heading to New York as the actress is about to close a deal on her new abode - a $5.9 million penthouse in the West Village.

The home is reportedly a 1,200-square-foot one-bedroom, one-bath on the eighteenth floor with spectacular views of NYC. It has an open plan kitchen, dining room, living room and an 800-square-foot roof terrace with panoramic views. Features include high ceilings, hardwood floors, four closets, large casement windows and doors in every room that open to the terrace.

Back in February, the 42-year-old actress listed her Beverly Hills manse for $42 million, which she had purchased for $13.5 million in 2006.

Just down the road from the West Village residence is the frontage of the famous ‘Friends’ building, according to Daily Mail.
