Jennifer Aniston’s potentially third New York condo

According to the reports, Jennifer Aniston has finally sealed her first deal on New York real estate – a West Village penthouse formerly owned by celebrity stylist Sally Hershberger.

Rumors have been going around about the actress purchasing two other units on the floor right below the 18th floor penthouse. While these deals have not been closed yet, the listing for the $1.8 million one-bedroom unit 17G shows that it is ‘no longer available as of about five weeks ago.’

The listing description says that there is a mile-long city and water views from every southwest-facing window and is directly across from Abingdon Square Park. It features high 9’6” ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, a renovated kitchen, wide-plank pine floors and mahogany bookcases and cabinets.
