Jennifer Garner is over Ben Affleck and is dating actor Patrick Dempsey, according to the latest issue of Ok! magazine. Garner and Affleck announced in June they were divorcing after 10 years of marriage, but there were reports that the two would reconcile.

According to the Ok! magazine report citing Hollywood Life, after the divorce announcement, Garner contacted Dempsey, who ended his marriage with wife Jillian Fink. Garner and Dempsey opened up to each other over coffee, the report added.

“As soon as they started talking, the spark was evident to both of them. Jen was relieved -- and excited,” a source told the magazine. “

Affleck was rumored to have been involved with their children’s nanny, Christine Ouzounian, while still being married to Garner. Similarly, Patrick also allegedly cheated on Fink, leading to their divorce. However, Garner is not letting the allegations bother her, Ok! reported. “Patrick has been treating her like a queen. It’s refreshing after Ben, who made her feel like a nag and a nuisance,” the insider said.

The source also said that Garner and Dempsey were in a long distance relationship and the two have been keeping in touch through Skype and text messages. “Jen is so happy. She’s almost like a teenager with a crush. It’s been so long since she’s felt this way with anyone,” the insider reportedly said.

Earlier reports said that Garner and Affleck put their divorce on hold and were planning to sort out problems in their marriage. However, according to latest reports, the two are not getting back together. "It’s a strange situation to live together and yet be separated," a source reportedly said.

Garner and Affleck were reported to have celebrated their first Christmas post split in Montana instead of their home in Los Angeles. While she was reportedly keeping her estranged husband "in the loop on their schedules and what's going on," the two did not make contact and were staying together only for the sake of their three children.

“They [Garner and Affleck] are almost never together alone without the kids,” a source reportedly said. “They don’t hang out. It’s a cordial relationship.”
