Jennifer Lawrence recently revealed that she wants to take a short break from acting.

According to People, the actress has been doing an average of three films per year, which can be daunting for anyone. When she spoke with Elle on Saturday, Lawrence said, “I want to get a farm. I want to be, like, milking goats.”

The 27-year-old actress, who recently split from Darren Aronofsky after a year of dating, is interested in spending some time away from the media. This way, she can also work with Represent.us, an organization which aims to put an end to political corruption.

Meanwhile, Lawrence and Aronofsky’s split made headlines earlier this week. The two have not always been open about their relationship. In fact, they have also shied away from the public eye and have only been spotted together at the premiere of “Mother!” in New York. Lawrence and Aronofsky had a 22-year age difference.

But in September, the “Hunger Games” lead star told Vogue that she felt she and Aronofsky had energy together. “I had energy for him. I don’t know how he felt about me. I’ve been in relationships before where I am just confused. And I’m never confused with him,” she said.

The actress also said that she had a crush on Aronofsky even before they started working together. “I had a crush on him when he pitched to me, and that was like a year before we started rehearsing, but he was a professional, which only made it worse for me,” she said on The Hollywood Reporter’s Awards Chatter podcast.

According to People, the estranged couple was last seen together two weeks ago at the 2017 Governors Awards at the Dolby Ballroom in Hollywood. At that time, the couple decided to not pose for photos on the red carpet, but they sat close to each other throughout the event.

Following her split from Aronofsky, Lawrence was seen taking a stroll in New York with one of her friends. She also had her adorable dog in tow. In the photo released by the Daily Mail, Lawrence is wearing black jogging pants, a grey trench coat, dark sunglasses and hat.
