Jennifer Lawrence opened up about losing her "sense of control" between 2012's "The Hunger Games" release and her Oscar victory in 2013.

The 32-year-old actress spoke about her career during the London Film Festival, and shared how she felt like every decision became a big group decision.

"I think I lost a sense of control. Between 'The Hunger Games' coming out and winning the Oscar [for 2012's 'Silver Lining Playbook'], I became such a commodity that I felt like every decision was a big, big group decision," Lawrence said, PageSix reported.

She added, "When I reflect now, I can't think of those following years, [because there was] just a loss of control."

However, Lawrence admitted she felt she was reclaiming her sense of control after she won the Oscar for romantic drama, "Silver Lining Playbook," which was helmed by director David O. Russell.

"It feels personal for me the first time in a long time," she explained.

Lawrence has always been open about her journey in Hollywood. Previously, the actress shared how she had been playing similar kind of roles since she was 18.

"I have had a pretty consistent theme in all my movies since I was 18. I'm curious if, now that I'm older and I have a baby, I'll finally break out of that," she told Vogue last month.

Lawrence began her career in 2006 with the TV series, "Monk," where she played the character of Mascot. She went on to feature in TV series like "Cold Case" in 2007 and "Medium" from 2007 to 2008.

In the year 2008, the actress appeared in three movies -- "Garden Party," "The Poker House" and "The Burning Plain." While she appeared in a big project "X-Men: First Class" in 2011 as Raven, her breakthrough into Hollywood happened with "The Hunger Games," where she played Katniss Everdeen's character.

Since then, she appeared in many "Hunger Games" movies like "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" in 2013, "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1" in 2014 and "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2" in 2015. She also reprised Raven's character in 2019's "X-Men: Dark Phoenix."

Considering her upcoming projects, Lawrence will be next seen in the movies like "No Hard Feelings" and "Bad Blood."
