Jennifer Lawrence, Darren Aronofsky’s Romance Is ‘Getting Serious,’ Source Says
Jennifer Lawrence and Darren Aronofsky are keeping their relationship private, but a source close to the couple claims that it’s heating up.
Lawrence and Aronofsky have been dating since 2016, but they keep their romance from the limelight. Despite maintaining a low-key relationship the pair’s love for each other blossomed over time. “Things are getting serious with them. They are so in love with each other,” an insider told E! News. The source added that they share the same humor. “Jennifer always cracks jokes and Darren just gets her humor. They laugh all the time!”

Although their romance is heating up, the pair is not in a hurry to walk down the aisle. However, the “Black Swan” director is open to the idea of marrying the “Hunger Games” star. The insider claimed that marriage is “something that Darren would love.”
Lawrence and Aronofsky began dating in August 2016, but rumors about their romance did not make headlines until October of the same year. In March, the lovebirds were spotted in New York City cuddling. “Their relationship seems very strong and genuine,” an onlooker noted. Lawrence and Aronofsky reportedly "kissed and hugged" throughout the day.
Earlier this year, another source observed that Lawrence and Aronofsky’s relationship was getting serious. The insider was supportive of the lovers and even referred to the couple as a “good match”.
“Jen is a serious actress and being around another person in the business who is intense about what he does has been good for her,” the source told People. “I don’t know how far it will go, but as of now they are a really good match, two talented people who love their work and are respected for it.”
Aside from Aronofsky, Lawrence is very fond of her pet, Pippi. In June, the “Mother” star was spotted on several occasions with her four-legged friend. Unfortunately, the actress is very protective when it comes to her pet. In one instance, Lawrence arrived at the LAX airport with Pippi and one paparazzi greeted it when it walked towards him by saying, “Hello little doggy.” Unfortunately, Lawrence did not like it. She turned to the paparazzi and said, “Don’t touch my dog, loser.”
