Rumors have been swirling for months that Jennifer Lopez and boyfriend backup dancer Casper Smart have plans to get married, though her rep has denied the claims. However, JLo's designer friend Roberto Cavalli spilled the beans on Sunday when he announced his hand the upcoming nuptials on Twitter: designing the wedding dress.

Italian designer Roberto Cavalli claimed that 42-year-old Lopez called him to design the dress and reached out on Twitter to ask fans what color he should make her wedding dress.

Today, Jennifer Lopez. Call me. She ask me. To create a special dress. For her next weding! Wich color ... Do you advise me? Italian designer Cavalli tweeted on Sunday.

The tweet was immediately removed, though the Huffington Post still has remnants of it, and her rep denied the claim to Hello Magazine.

Cavalli's Twitter post may seem like publicity or speculation, but Cavalli has dropped the ball on the goings-on in Lopez's life before. In 2007, Cavalli broke the news about her pregnancy, telling reporters he was designing something for her conducive to pregnancy.
