Jennifer Lopez Gives Boyfriend, Casper Smart, A Big Job

Jennifer Lopez's personal relationship with Casper Smart has already been on the fast track and it seems her professional one is ramping up too. Lopez held a press conference Monday about her new tour launching this summer and announced that Smart would be the choreographer for the tour.

I'm working with Jamie King, also Beau 'Casper' Smart is my new choreographer, Lopez said while blushing.

Beau [Casper Smart] is helping, Lopez later said to Entertainment Tonight. He's supervising choreographer and we're just working together to make the best show that we can make.

This will not be the first time that Lopez and Smart have worked together. Smart has been a back-up dancer for Lopez and has appeared in a few of her music videos. However, this will be the first time that Smart has some creative control in one of Lopez's ventures.

Smart is not new to the world of choreographing large tours. He has worked with Beyonce, Eminem, Kelly Rowland and popular television shows So You Think You Can Dance, X-Factor and America's Best Dance Crew. Lopez's rep told the New York Post that Smart will be one of four choreographers on the tour. Smart told reporters he lead choreographer and in charge of all choreography.

Lopez also will be bring two other people along with her on tour that are very special to her, her twins with ex-husband, Marc Anthony, Max and Emme.

Obviously, we're going in the summer so they won't be in school at that time, so they're going to come with mommy on tour, Lopez said during the press conference. I don't know how that's all going to work. Hopefully, there's always grandma's house if they get really tired and stir crazy. But, I can't be away from them for too long. They'll be with me most of the time.

You have your priorities, Lopez said to Entertainment Tonight. My babies and their happiness and their health come first, then after that comes my work and my career. My philosophy is just, you know, prioritize, know what's important and just do the best I can just like any other single mom out there.

Lopez is set to embark on her tour July 14 in Montreal. She will join Enrique Iglesias and Winsin Y Yandel for a 20-date-tour.

I don't think that there has ever been something like this that these Latinos have come together like this as family, international, Lopez said. English and Spanish. I just think it's very ground breaking.
