Jennifer Lopez Posts Sweet Photo With Alex Rodriguez Following ‘Shades Of Blue’ Season 2 Finale

Jennifer Lopez recently posted a new sweet photo with her boyfriend, Alex Rodriguez, via her Instagram account.

In the snap, Rodriguez kisses the side of Lopez’s head with his eyes closed. The actress, who is wearing a simple yet sexy sleeveless top, has a smile on her face. Lopez captioned the photo by saying that Rodriguez is her MCM or “Man Crush Monday.”

The actress’ photo was posted on Instagram just two days after “Shades of Blue” Season 2 wrapped up. The two-part finale episode, which aired on Sunday, May 21, focused on Harlee Santos making a (Lopez) tough decision regarding her relationship with James Nava (Gino Anthony Pesi).

While speaking with Entertainment Weekly ahead of the finale, executive producer Jack Orman said that Nava will definitely have to decide whether or not he still wants to be with Harlee. She had confessed everything she’s ever done to Nava, and the latter was put on the spot by Harlee’s shocking revelations.

Meanwhile, the two-part finale ended with a major cliffhanger that will be addressed in the upcoming third season of the hit NBC series. As of late, it is still unclear what happened to Harlee and Wozniak (Ray Liotta) in the final moments of the season ender.

In other news, NBC renewed the cop drama for a third season back in March. According to The Hollywood Reporter, “Shade of Blue” Season 3 will only have a total of 10 episodes unlike Seasons 1 and 2, which both had 13 episodes each. At the time, NBC Entertainment president Jennifer Salke released a statement expressing their excitement over the renewal of the hit TV series.

“We’re so hugely appreciative of everything Jennifer and Ray do and know it is due to their dedication, as well as the hard work of our incredible cast and producers, that ‘Shades of Blue’ has so clearly and compellingly earned a third-season renewal. This show continues to mine powerful stories that always leave us hungry for more,” she said.

“Shades of Blue” Season 3 will premiere this fall.
