Jennifer Lopez Professes Love For Alex Rodriguez Before Filming ‘Second Act’
Jennifer Lopez recently professed her love for boyfriend Alex Rodriguez.
On her Instagram account, the doting girlfriend shared a cuddly photo of her and the New York Yankee while at the workout studio. The couple is looking intently in each other’s eyes, and they also have a huge smile on their faces. Lopez revealed in her caption that Rodriguez has been making her heart and soul smile. She also concluded the caption with the words “I love you.”
Lopez will be missing her boyfriend since they will not be able to spend as much time together like they used to. The actress has started filming for her upcoming movie, “Second Act,” with her real-life best friend Leah Remini. Vanessa Hudgens and Annaleigh Ashford have also been cast in the film, according to Deadline.
On the same social media account, the “Shades of Blue” actress shared a first look of her character, Maya, from “Second Act.” Lopez seemed to get hair extensions for her role. She is also wearing a purple turtle neck long-sleeved blouse under a blue work vest with Value Shop name on it.
Other than her involvement in “Second Act,” Lopez just wrapped up filming some episodes of “Shades of Blue” Season 3. The hit NBC TV series won’t return until next year, but Lopez and co-stars have been working since last summer. In the show, she plays the role of Harlee Santos, a single mom to her daughter, Cristina (Sarah Jefferey).
Lopez also executive produced NBC’s “World of Dance” Season 1 last summer. The 10-episode dance reality TV competition has already been renewed for another season. Lopez teamed up with professional performers Ne-Yo and Derek Hough in the show, and all three will return to the competition next year.
On top of her TV engagements, Lopez and her boyfriend also organized a benefit concert to help the victims of the hurricanes in Florida and Puerto Rico. The couple donated a huge sum of money on top of the donations and proceeds they received from the concert.
