If there is one advice that celebrity aesthetician Louise Deschamps would give people to maintain healthy looking skin is to exfoliate regularly. In an interview with Fashion Magazine, Deschamps talked about the beauty secrets of Lopez and how people can follow her to get beautiful skin.

Lopez follows the skincare routine of Dr. Harold Lancer, where Deschamps is an aesthetician. The one thing that the singer does regularly to get that glowing skin is exfoliate daily.

Deschamps explained that it is important to remove the dead skin and polish the skin every day, but the product used for this purpose should not be “too aggressive or too invasive.” The aesthetician pointed out that Lancer’s Polish contains fruit enzymes that brings oxygen to the skin and makes it look radiant.

How many times does Lopez exfoliate in a day? According to Deschamps just once is enough, and it can be either in the morning or at night.
