Fans of the Duggar family can expect to get an inside look at Jessa Seewald’s baby shower when TLC premieres “Jill & Jessa: Counting On” in December. The mom-to-be and the Duggars are said to have filmed the recent celebration for the upcoming specials.

People Magazine reports Jessa, 22, was joined by dozens of family and friends for the celebration ahead of her Nov. 1 due date. Known to frequently break away from Duggar family traditions -- such as saving her first kiss until after her wedding -- sources say Jessa had her husband, Ben Seewald, and father, Jim Bob Duggar, attend the typically all-female soirée.

“It was really fun,” a family insider told the magazine. “There were guys there, anyone could go. It was good. There was a lot of everybody.”

While Jessa and Ben haven't shared any photos from the event, they haven’t exactly been shy about updating their fans on the pregnancy. Jessa, former star of TLC’s “19 Kids and Counting,” last shared a photo of her burgeoning baby bump on Instagram Friday. She revealed in the post that her mother-in-law, Guinn Seewald, had treated her to a coffee date, and her friend Sierra took her to get a pedicure.

“My sweet mother-in-law treated me to a pumpkin spice drink from #MamaCarmens and Sierra insisted that I get something cheery painted on my toes in prep for labor,” Jessa wrote. “Ya’ll are spoiling me!”

Despite keeping their supporters in the loop, the couple is refusing to share their child’s gender ahead of his/her arrival, simply referring to their little once by the nickname “Quincy.” In a June 17 blog post, titled “Grateful and Blessed,” Ben revealed that he and Jessa are aware of their baby’s sex, but plan to keep it a secret -- an unusual move for a Duggar daughter.

“Baby Seewald is growing steadily and Mommy has been feeling some little, yet strong, kicks! We recently had an ultrasound, but aren't revealing our firstborn's gender yet,” he wrote. “Can't wait to welcome this blessing from God into the world!”

This will be the first child for Jessa and Ben. The couple tied the knot in November 2014. Jessa’s due date also coincides with their one-year wedding anniversary.
