Jessica Alba and her 12-year-old daughter, Honor, recently filmed an ASMR video together while eating Acai Bowls.

The mother-daughter duo appeared in a video on Alba’s YouTube channel along with the actress’ friend, Lizzy Mathis. In the video, the trio performs autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) which involves a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin triggered by whispering.

Alba begins the six-minutes video by introducing her daughter.

"Today we have a very special episode and a very special guest. Honor-cita-mama-mita. I don't think she likes it when I call her that, but it's okay because I pushed her out of my body," Alba says.

The 12-year-old then tries her mother’s Acai Bowls and rates it a 4/10. As Alba and her 37-year-old friend joke around, an embarrassed Honor tells them that "This is going to be the cringiest video in the whole world."

After the trio finishes their meal, the actress thanks her daughter for being a part of the video.

Honor, who is Alba’s eldest child with husband Cash Warren, celebrated her birthday last month. Alba posted a photo of the birthday celebration on Instagram and captioned it, "Leaning into family and finding moments of joy with our baby Honor’s 12th Birthday- So proud of who she is today and I feel so blessed that her sweet soul chose me to be her mama."

Apart from Honor, Alba has two more children, 8-year-old Haven and 2-year-old Hayes.

In February, Alba, who started The Honest Company in 2011, spoke about how motherhood helped her run her business.

"I actually think that being a mom and trying to be the best mom, a lot of those same lessons that I’ve learned are what I try to apply when running my business. It’s more about who you surround yourself with. It’s hard not to be totally and completely overwhelmed," the 38-year-old actress said during the Create & Cultivate Los Angeles Conference, US Weekly reported.
