Jessica Simpson bounces back from week of criticism
Jessica Simpson made a positive comeback on Thursday night, following a week of media frenzy over her figure.
Simpson performed in Charlottesville, Virginia where she took the time to thank her fans for all their support.
Please remember, no matter what you go through in life, somebody else might have it harder, she told the crowd, according to People. So just appreciate.
Stay positive, and pray out loud! I love you guys!
The singer came under scrutiny after photos of her at Sunday's Radio 99.9 Kiss Country's annual Chili Cookoff showed her slightly fuller figure in high-waisted mom-style jeans, a leopard print double belt and a tight black tank top.
For Thursday's opening performance for Rascal Flatts at the University of Virginia's John Paul Jones Arena, Jessica wore skin-tight leather pants, a V-neck T-shirt and a hip-length black jacket, according to the mag.
I feel like in our world today we focus on so many things that are completely pointless, she said.
Her younger sister, Ashlee Simpson- Wentz blogged about the incident, while reality TV star,Kim Kardashian said Call me crazy, but when I saw the picture (of Simpson), I was like, 'OMG, Jessica looks hot!'
Donald Trump also showed his support for Jessica when he spoke to Access Hollywood.
I think Jessica Simpson looks great. Don't change Jessica. You look great!
