Jill Dillard Gets Friendly With Jinger Duggar’s Fiancé Jeremy Vuolo, Posts Candid Photo Of Couple
Jill Dillard is back from her mission trip and it appears she isn’t wasting any time getting to know her sister’s new fiancé. Two days after touching down in Arkansas, the “Jill & Jessa: Counting On” star has revealed she recently acted as a chaperone of sorts for her sibling and future brother-in-law.
Jill posted a photo of herself at an airport on Instagram Tuesday night. The image also featured Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo sharing a hug in the background.
“Loved getting to hang out with these lovebirds yesterday,” Jill captioned the image, going on to reveal the soon-to-be married couple have temporarily parted ways. “Goodbye are so tough,” she wrote, adding a sad face emoji. “Remember those days!”
While it’s unclear where Jeremy is headed, his website indicates he is from Philadelphia while Jinger is based in Arkansas with her family. Luckily for the 22-year-old, she now has her sibling by her side who knows a thing to or two about handling long distance relationships.
During her courtship with now husband Derick Dillard, Jill had to travel to Kathmandu to meet him in person. After spending several days in Nepal with her dad Jim Bob Duggar, Derick and Jill made their courtship official. They married several months later in June 2014. After welcoming their son Israel in April 2015, the family of three relocated for Central America in July for missionary work.
It’s unknown how long Jinger and Jeremy will have a long distance relationship. The couple hasn’t announced a wedding date but Jeremy recently hinted they’re already starting the planning process. Following his engagement to Jinger last month, the former professional soccer player posted a video on YouTube thanking Duggar fans for their support. “I am just glad to be able to say that she is now my fiancée,” he said. “I’m excited for the days ahead and hopefully planning a wedding here not too long from now.”
Jinger and Jeremy announced their courtship in June, only to confirm they were engaged to be married less than four weeks later on July 26. The couple met through Jinger’s sister Jessa Seewald and her husband Ben. Their love story will be featured on Season 2 of “Counting On,” which premiere on TLC Aug. 23.
