Jill Duggar, who is pregnant with her first child, celebrated Thanksgiving day with her husband Derick Dillard’s family and showed off her growing baby bump in a new photo posted on her Instagram account. The photo also included Derick, his mother, who has been battling cancer, and his brother.

"So many blessing to count this Thanksgiving... Mama Cathy is well, best hubby in the world, expecting a son, God's mercies are new every morning! #happythanksgiving,” Jill wrote on her Instagram account.

The photo was also shared by Derick, captioning it: “So thankful that the Lord has healed mom and we can have Thanksgiving dinner with her this year! #beyondblessed #family #bestmom."

Last week, Jill and Derick, showed off the first photos of their baby, a son, from an ultrasound.

Meanwhile, Jill’s brother, Josh Duggar also posted a photo on Twitter of his three children celebrating Thanksgiving Day. But, his wife, Anna was missing in the picture.

Anna recently sparked pregnancy rumors after she took a pregnancy test during last week’s episode of “19 Kids And Counting,” to confirm whether or not she was expecting a fourth child. Anna and Josh, both 26, revealed that they’re not expecting another baby to join Mackynzie, 5, Michael, 3, and Marcus, 1.

However, in a recent video posted online, Anna was seen wearing an oversized cardigan, which seemed to be an attempt to hide her stomach. The video has yet again given rise to speculation that another Duggar baby may be on the way.

Anna had reportedly said earlier that she hopes to eventually have five or more children.
