Jill And Jessa Duggar Feud Still On? Younger Sister Jealous Over Jill Duggar’s Fancy Home: Report

Jessa Duggar is jealous of her sister Jill Duggar’s house, which was gifted to her by their father Jim Bob Duggar, according to reports, which have reignited rumors of a feud between the newly married sisters. Jessa, 22, is unhappy that she is living in a “secondhand house” with her husband Ben Seewald, while her 23-year-old sister has a new fancy abode to herself, OK! Magazine reported.

Jim Bob gifted her second-oldest daughter with a $1.5 million house after she got married to Derick Dillard in June, while Jessa was given a house where her brother Josh Duggar and his wife, Anna, previously lived. The “19 Kids and Counting” patriarch reportedly gifted the larger house to Jill because he believed she will “fill that house with babies,” according to the Inquisitr. Jill is currently pregnant with her first child, a boy, and is due in March.

Rumors of the “19 Kids and Counting” stars’ allegedly turbulent relationship first surfaced earlier this month after Jill, who follows almost everyone in the Duggar clan on Twitter, was found to be not following Jessa. A source told OK! Magazine that Jessa and Ben were also unhappy that Jill and Derick got married first.

“Jessa is envious that Jill was the first Duggar daughter to get married,” an insider told OK!, according to Radar Online. The source also claimed that “all [of] the attention surrounding Jill’s wedding" -- which included a TLC special on "19 Kids and Counting" in October -- made Jessa upset as she reportedly had to wait until November to marry Ben. Jessa and Ben had started dating months before Jill and Derick began their relationship.

However, the TLC reality-TV stars responded to the rumors by sharing an image of a double-date night with their husbands.

“@jessaseewald and @ben_seewald are here for dinner!” Jill announced in a Dec. 8 Instagram post. "So fun hanging out with our siblings! #familydinner #19kids.”

But last week, reports surfaced that Jessa was jealous over Jill’s pregnancy and wanted to have a baby with Ben soon. Jill had announced her pregnancy two months after her June 21 nuptials.

“Jessa feels like her sister keeps stealing her thunder,” an insider said. “Now all she wants for Christmas is a positive pregnancy test.”
