American singer Jimmy Buffett has been hospitalized in Sydney, Australia after he tumbled off the front of the stage during a concert on Tuesday.

The 64-year-old entertainer was taken to a hospital with a head injury, according to media reports.

The doctors say he is doing well and will be released tomorrow, Buffet representative said in a statement. More info as we get it, and thank you for all of your well-wishes!

He is reportedly in stable condition.

TMZ reported that Buffet’s fall was caused either by a lighting mishap or simply the result of a misjudgment on Buffet's part when he tried to shake hands with audience members.
