John Cena was involved in a three-car crash over the weekend in Philadelphia.

The wrestler turned actor was leaving a media appearance when his car was rear-ended. Cena's SUV was hit from behind by an Acura, which was hit by a big rig. Cena was not injured in the crash, but visited a doctor at Monday Night Raw as a precaution. He was later given the green light to wrestle.

Cena cannot afford any injuries as he is preparing to fight Dwayne The Rock Johnson on April 1. The fight is one of the most anticipated in Wrestle Mania's history. The two have been long time rivals.

The Rock has not scheduled any fights prior to his fight with Cena, but Cena has a few before he faces The Rock.
