Johnny Depp To Go On A European Tour With Hollywood Vampires After Winning Trial

Johnny Depp will be reuniting with his Hollywood Vampires bandmates for an overseas tour.

Depp will play with his band again after his major legal victory against ex-wife Amber Heard. Hollywood Vampires just announced that they are making a European tour this summer.

"The Hollywood Vampires are BACK!! We're coming to Germany and Luxembourg Summer 2023!" the band announced on their official Twitter and Instagram account. "Tickets go on sale Monday 27 June at 11:00am CET. Keep an eye out for more to come…"

Aside from Depp, the members of the rock band include Joe Perry, Alice Cooper and Tommy Henriksen. The group scheduled six shows, but fans would have to wait long since their first gig was set for June 20 next year at the Rudolf Weber Arena in Oberhausen, Germany. Their last show will be on June 30 at Zitadelle in Mainz, Germany.

Several netizens were very pleased with the announcement, and many were hoping that the band would visit their country. Some even invited them to Spain, the U.K. and more.

"Will UK dates ever be rearranged," one asked. Another responded, "They have been here to the U.K. before but praying they come again."

"SPAIN GUYS SPAIN," a third person wrote. A second fan agreed, "Yes! Spain please@hollywoodvamps!!"

"I'd be in heaven if they come to Lithuania someday by some miracle," another user wrote with pleading eyes emojis.

Another hoped the band would perform in Canada next. Meanwhile, a different user invited them to Australia and New Zealand.

"Come tour Aussie and NZ in your winter/ our summer please???? My offer to cook dinner still stands @alicecooper and bring the whole band," one tweeted, tagging Cooper.

Several fans flooded the band's post on Instagram, too.

One asked when they would visit Belgium. Another invited them to "come to Brazil please." Meanwhile, a different user hoped they would do a U.S. tour soon. Many more hoped the Hollywood Vampires could visit Italy, Australia, Spain, the U.K., the Netherlands, and more.

The band's reunion came after Depp won his defamation case against Heard in Virginia. An insider told People that the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star and band guitarist has "moved on" and hasn't talked about the trial. And while Depp was "relieved about the jury's verdict, he isn't gloating about it."

Before their upcoming tour, the supergroup canceled one in March due to pandemic-related obstacles.

"We kept trying to make it happen, but unfortunately due to the uncertainty of COVID-19 travel restrictions, it is just not possible," they wrote in a statement, per Variety.
