Johnny Depp’s Lawyers Claim Amber Heard Had Affairs With Elon Musk, James Franco

Johnny Depp's lawyers claimed that his ex-wife, Amber Heard, had affairs with Elon Musk and James Franco.

Depp and Heard’s divorce was finalized in 2017, but their legal battle continues to this day. Heard accused him of being violent and abusive. Depp denied the allegations and accused his ex-wife of cheating on him.

Depp earlier claimed that she had an affair with the SpaceX CEO. However, aside from Musk, Depp’s camp reportedly said that she also had an affair with Franco while she was married to Depp, as quoted by The Telegraph.

David Sherborne, Depp’s rep, claimed in court that the “Aquaman” star had “extramarital affairs” with Musk and Franco. Sherborne asked for “all communications” between Heard and a contact she called “Rocketman” in her phone, whom Depp claimed was Musk, and with Franco. Meanwhile, David Price QC, the one representing Heard, resisted the application for disclosure.

Musk had been dragged into Depp and Heard’s legal battle because several sources claimed that they saw Heard with him while she was married to the “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor.

Daily Mail acquired photos of Musk and Heard cuddling inside an elevator. An Easter Columbian Builder personnel testified that Heard received Musk at Depp’s penthouse “late at night” when Depp was out of the country filming. Heard also allegedly asked the staff to give her “friend Elon” access to the building’s parking garage and the penthouse elevator.

However, Musk denied the cheating allegations. He also insisted that if the affair were true, there would be a time-stamped video.

“This is false. JD’s team put out ‘video evidence’, but conveniently excluded the date stamp, as it was well after JD & AH had separated,” Musk wrote.

Another witness claimed that Heard had a three-way affair with Musk and Cara Delevingne. The Tesla CEO stood his ground and insisted that his romance with Heard only started after her divorce from Depp. He also denied the threesome claim.

“Cara and I are friends, but we’ve never been intimate. She would confirm this,” Musk said.

“Also, I wish to confirm again that Amber and I only started going out about a month after her divorce filing. I don’t think I was ever even in the vicinity of Amber during their marriage.”

Meanwhile, Franco was also dragged into the legal battle because Heard was seen with him inside an elevator. However, Heard’s lawyer, Eric George, already dismissed the rumored affair with Heard and Franco last year.

“This bogus story is just another lame attempt by Johnny Depp and his team to spread deliberately misleading information through the media so that he can continue to attack and abuse his ex-wife,” George told The Blast.

“Amber Heard and James Franco once lived in the same apartment complex and were simply taking an elevator at the same time. Period.”
