To achieve this, he founded the Pineyro Education Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides scholarships and mentoring to students, preparing them to be productive members of society. The Foundation believes that education is the springboard of opportunity in America, and all children should have access to it. They support public colleges, universities, and career, technical, and vocational schools. As an attorney, he is proud of his ability to fight for victims who cannot fight for themselves as a personal injury lawyer. Johnny's firm, Florida Injury Law Firm, has helped clients recover over $100 million in damages, and he was recently named to the Lawyers of Distinction List for 2023. He has also owned several aircraft and served as a consultant to the Airport Authority and a board member of several aviation-related nonprofit organizations. In the real estate space, Johnny's passion led him to become a realtor in Florida and eventually launch Surgent Capital, a commercial real estate investment company with offices in Florida and New York.

Beyond the accolades and recognition, however, Johnny hopes to serve people, particularly those from underserved communities.
