Jordyn Woods Says She Was 'Disrespected' Because She's A Black Woman
Jordyn Woods has opened up about the cheating scandal involving her and Khloé Kardashian’s then-boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, during her recent trip to Nigeria. Meanwhile, Kardashian continues to post cryptic messages about love and relationships on social media that seem to be aimed at her ex.
While speaking at Nigeria’s Homecoming festival, Woods said that she was “bullied by the world” after the cheating scandal, Page Six reported. She said that she wanted to explain what she went through to her sister, after the latter was bullied at school.
“I understood for the first time what it’s like being a black woman in just society, how we can be so disrespected and nobody can really understand that extent until you have to live it,” Woods said.
This isn’t the first time that Woods has spoken about the cheating scandal. In an interview with Jada Pinkett Smith’s show “Red Table Talk,” the model admitted to letting Thompson kiss her on the lips but denied the allegations that she slept with him.
Kardashian, however, didn’t believe Woods. In a public message on Twitter, the reality star asked the former best friend of her sister Kylie Jenner why she was lying. She pointed out that the model went public with the story in order to save herself. She added that Woods should have called her privately and apologized first for what happened.
Kardashian broke up with Thompson after the cheating scandal. The two, however, reunited for their daughter’s first birthday recently.
Although the two celebrities have separated, Kardashian continues to post cryptic messages about relationships on social media, E! News reported. Her most recent post was about how her relationship could have worked if her partner had loved her as much as she loved him.
“ If you cared about me like I cared about you, you would have fought for me,” Kardashian’s post read, without naming Thompson. The reality TV star pointed out that her ex didn’t fight for her, which means he didn’t love her as much as she did.
