“19 Kids and Counting” alum Josh Duggar will not serve his full 151-month prison sentence following his child pornography conviction.

Duggar, 34, initially received a prison sentence of about 12.5 years but is expected to get out more than two years earlier than his release date.

The former TLC star, who was transferred to the FCI Seagoville in Texas last month, is scheduled to be released from the detention center on August 12, 2032, according to the Bureau of Prisons website.

After serving his time in prison, Duggar will face 20 years of supervised release. During that time, he cannot have unsupervised contact with minors.

The terms of the supervised release will also extend to the seven children he shares with his wife, Anna Duggar.

“If there is a concern about the potential for inadvertent contact with a minor at a particular place, function, or event, then the Defendant shall get approval from the U.S. Probation Office before attending any such place, function, or event,” court documents about the release revealed.

Once out of prison, Duggar won’t be able to “possess, use, or have access to a computer or any other electronic device that has Internet or photograph storage capabilities without prior advance notice and approval of the U.S. Probation Office.”

Any devices that are approved will be subjected to random searches as part of his release.

Duggar was first arrested in April 2021 in Arkansas on child pornography charges. By December 2021, Duggar was convicted of receiving and possessing child pornography and ordered to serve more than 12.5-years in May of the following year.

Two weeks later, Duggar filed an appeal regarding one count of receiving child pornography that was dismissed by the judge during sentencing. Duggar is still awaiting a response from the court.
