‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ Episode 1 Live Stream Details, Official Synopsis, Spoilers [Video]

It's the story of a boy who vows to fight "Curses with Curses". "Jujutsu Kaisen" Episode 1 introduces Yuji Itadori, who eats the double-faced Specter or Sukuna to save his friends from a "Curse" attack.

The official website released spoiler stills and synopsis for "Jujutsu Kaisen" Episode 1 teasing the double-faced Specter and Yuji's new form after he eats the specter.

The anime series revolves around Yuji and his desire for the right death. Regret, shame and hardships are negative feelings that turn into Curses and lurk in the everyday lives of humans.

The official website says the Curses are spreading across the world resulting in horrifying misfortunes and, in some cases, death. To exorcise the Curse, a person needs to use another Curse.

"Itadori Yuji is a boy with tremendous physical strength, though he lives a completely ordinary high school life. One day, to save a friend who has been attacked by Curses, he eats the finger of the Double-Faced Specter, taking the Curse into his own soul. From then on, he shares one body with the Double-Faced Specter. Guided by the most powerful of sorcerers, Gojo Satoru, Itadori is admitted to the Tokyo Metropolitan Technical High School of Sorcery, an organization that fights the Curses... and thus begins the heroic tale of a boy who became a Curse to exorcise a Curse, a life from which he could never turn back," reads the official series synopsis, Crunchyroll reported.

"Jujutsu Kaisen" anime is based on the original story by Gege Akutami, which is serialized in Shueisha's Shonen Jump magazine. The anime adaptation is directed by Sunghoo Park of "The God of High School" fame. The series composition and script are handled by Hiroshi Seko. The music is composed by Arisa Okehazama, Yoshimasa Terui and Hiroaki Tsutsumi.

The cast of "Jujutsu Kaisen" includes Junya Enoki as Yuji Itadori, Asami Seto as Nobara Kugisaki, Yuma Uchida as Megumi Fushiguro, Junichi Suwabe as Sukuna Ryomen, Yuichi Nakamura as Satoru Gojo, Mikako Komatsu as Maki Zenin, Tomokazu Seki as Panda, Kenjiro Tsuda as Kento Nanami.
