UPDATE- 10:01 a.m.: TMZ has reported that Justin Bieber was driving between 55 and 60mph in a 30mph zone prior to his arrest. A police report states that Bieber "reeked of alcohol," had "bloodshot eyes," and a look of "stupor" on his face and "slow deliberate movements" while speaking to authorities. The report also states that the singer cursed repeatedly prior to his DUI arrest, allegedly saying, ""Why the f--k are you doing this?" and "What the f--k did I do. Why did you stop me?" among other profanity-laced comments.

UPDATE- 9:04 a.m.: TMZ has reported that Justin Bieber was also arrested early Thursday for resisting arrest without violence and driving with an expired license. Law enforcement sources are claiming that Bieber was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol at the time of his arrest.

Following a string of recent scandals, pop singer Justin Bieber has reportedly found himself in more legal trouble today. According to a report from TMZ, the 19-year-old “Never Say Never" singer was arrested for a DUI and drag racing in Miami Beach early Thursday morning.

The native Canadian singer was reportedly discovered by law enforcement officials at a traffic stop in a residential neighborhood, where authorities determined the singer was allegedly “driving under the influence.” Bieber was reportedly driving a rented yellow Lamborghini at the time of the incident and racing with a fellow red Lamborghini. The fellow unidentified drag racer was also reportedly arrested. Bieber was reportedly joined by an unidentified "model" at the time of his arrest.

According to the gossip site, Bieber is currently in custody undergoing unspecified testing and will soon be booked and processed. Law enforcement officials reportedly revealed to TMZ that the singer was given a field sobriety test at the scene and failed.

Earlier this month, Bieber was linked to an egg-throwing incident in his Calabasas, Calif., neighborhood, in which one of his neighbor’s suffered several thousands of dollars' worth of damage. According to multiple reports, there is no evidence connecting the singer to the vandalism crimes, but USA Today reports that if Bieber is found guilty, and charged/convicted with a felony, he could be deported from the United States.
