Justin Bieber Baby Rumors: Who is Mariah Yeater?

Justin Bieber was slapped with a paternity lawsuit by 20-year-old Mariah Yeater who claims she is the father of her three-month-old son.

As the Twitter world went into a tailspin with Belibers lambasting Yeater for her lies and calling her scum, Bieber himself stayed mum.

Until now.

Bieber's new hashtag seems to be #focused as he references the work he is doing for his new album Under the Mistletoe, which came out Nov. 1.

He makes sure to emphasize his music and his fans in each tweet, putting spotlight on his do-gooder initiatives instead of the rumors hovering around him.

Beliebers, Justin Bieber's fan base, took to Twitter to voice their support for the 17-year-old pop sensation.

Users flooded Twitter with messages like Mariah Yeater, can join Rebecca Black, Sydney Dalton, Paige Conway and iJever and sit at the irrelevant table and BELIEBERS NO BELIEVE IN MARIAH YEATER #RT.

Beliebers across the world have hunted down photographs of Mariah Yeater and posted them to various slam pages created on Facebook.

One page, Mariah Yeater Stay Away from Bieber, features five photos of Yeater, who appears rather disheveled in each. She sports a nose ring and a lip ring; and in one she is flipping up her middle finger.

But who exactly is Mariah Yeater?

At the time I asked him to put a condom on for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to, Yeater tells Star magazine, who broke the story in its magazine. She claims to have taken his virginity.

At the time, Bieber was just 16-years-old. Publications are noting the fact that Yeater could be vulnerable to charges of statutory rape of a minor.

The Daily Mail reports that the tryst allegedly lasted no longer than 30 seconds and Bieber was not interested in giving her his number or getting hers.

Yeater's son Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater was born on July 6.

Bieber's representatives released a statement saying, It's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.

In the January issue of Rolling Stone magazine, Bieber, who is a Christian, said, I don't think you should have sex with anyone unless you love them.

A court hearing is said to be set for December 2011.
