Justin Bieber Gives Selena Gomez Valentine’s Day Ring, Visits 6-Year-Old Cancer Patient
Justin Bieber, the Canadian pop star, fueled rumors that he proposed to his girlfriend Selena Gomez when he gave her a ring for Valentine's Day.
But which ring did the finger go on?
An Instagram photo from Gomez shows the index finger on her left hand adorning a sparkly, cursive J-shaped ring. The J presumably stands for her boyfriend's name, Justin. Talk about marking your territory.
The caption accompanying the glittery red-lit photo says, I'm finally home :) -- a comment about the end of Gomez's world tour.
In addition to the ring, Gomez tweeted a photo of a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The caption to the photo read, So lucky. While no specifics were given about the sender, we assume they were also from heartthrob Justin Bieber.
Since ending her tour, Gomez has been on a wild ride.
Aside from receiving extravagant gifts from Bieber and others, she's also separated from her band, The Scene.
On her official Facebook page, Gomez said:
Just to clear up my last Instagram post, my band and I are going our separate ways for a while. This year is all about films and acting and I want my band to play music wherever with whoever. We will be back but, it will be a good while. I love them and I love you guys :)
Gomez wasn't the only one receiving gifts from the young prince of pop, Mr. Justin Bieber. The superstar visited a 6-year-old girl battling cancer Monday -- a huge fan of his -- to make her Valentine's Day just a little more special.
Avalanna had a wonderful time, meeting with Justin in New York. Justin is charming and interacted beautifully with Avalanna-it was our pleasure to meet with him, her mother Aileen Roberts Routh told E! Online.
Avalanna Routh was diagnosed with Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor (ATRT), a rare brain tumor, and has bravely fought of the desase. The meeting with Justin came through a social media initiative, and Bieber, being in the giving spirit, showed up to show his support of the young cancer patient.
