Justin Bieber, Hailey Baldwin Relationship: Singer Admits Doubts About ‘Serious Commitment’ To Wife

Since Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin tied the knot, fans have praised the couple’s affectionate relationship. However, the “Yummy” singer recently admitted he wasn’t always confident about his marriage to Hailey Baldwin

In September 2018, Bieber and Baldwin were married in a courthouse ceremony, just a few months after his break up with Selena Gomez in March of that same year. Although the couple invited friends and family to a huge wedding in 2019, their relationship has had its fair of obstacles.

During an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” the “I Don’t Care” singer admitted he was worried about whether he was ready to marry Baldwin before he decided to propose to the 23-year-old model.

“I was extremely nervous. In the past, we talked about me asking the question, and I felt like she would say yes, so I wasn’t really nervous about the saying yes,” he told the host.

“But I think I was more nervous about, am I going to make this commitment? Am I able to make this commitment as a man and be able to honor, you know, what I say? Because, you know, that’s a serious commitment when you say you’re going to love someone for better, for worse and be faithful, that’s huge. Am I able to do that?” Bieber continued.

Despite his doubts, the 25-year-old eventually figured out what he wanted. “I finally was like, ‘You know what, I’m going to make the decision and follow through with it. Be a husband.’ This is what I’ve always wanted. I’m going to just choose this woman and just do it,” he explained.

Although the paparazzi has photographed Bieber and Baldwin during difficult times in their relationship, the “Sorry” singer revealed he is happy with his wife and their marriage.

“I’m glad it worked out because she is an amazing, amazing, amazing person. She really is. She’s super precious. I enjoy spending my life with her,” he gushed.
