Justin Bieber's mom, Pattie Mallette, is being inundated with Happy Birthday wishes Monday on Twitter for giving birth to the pop star.

Patricia Lynn Pattie Mallette was 18 years old when she gave birth to Bieber and reared Justin as a single mother, although her parents helped out in taking care of the Boyfriend singer.

Mallette turned 36 today.

Bieber, 18, was a YouTube sensation discovered by Usher and he is now one of the most popular celebrities in the world with hordes of teenage fans.

Mallette herself has over 1 million Twitter followers and in her short bio on the micro-blogging site says she is more than just Justin Bieber's mom.
