According to the official “Kaguya-sama: Love is War?” Season 2, Episode 10 synopsis, in an attempt to come out of his bubble, Ishigami joins the cheerleading squad for the upcoming sports festival.

He realizes that the squad is filled with enthusiasm and zeal, and he is unable to live up to the expectations.

“In an effort to break out of his shell and become a normie, Ishigami decides to join the cheerleading squad for the school sports festival, but much to his dismay, the team is essentially the “Tribe of Yay!” While Ishigami feels hesitant, the team meeting intensifies fueled by enthusiasm and zeal, where it is decided that all the boys will dress up in girls’ school uniforms while cheering,” read the official synopsis.

Ishigami is an introvert boy and can’t think of any female friend that would give him a uniform. Just when he decides to quit the squad, Kaguya arrives. It will be interesting to see Ishigami and Kaguya’s chemistry in the new episode.
