Kailyn Lowry’s Rumored Boyfriend DJ Responds To Reportedly Dating ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star

Pregnant “Teen Mom 2” star Kailyn Lowry shocked fans when she posted a picture Sunday of herself in bed with a man who was not Chris Lopez, the father of baby No. 3. The new man, who has only been identified by his first name, responded to rumors that he and Lowry were dating.

DJ denied the relationship rumors. “Kail and I are friends,” DJ told Radar Online Wednesday. “Just friends.”

DJ didn’t elaborate any further. He was shirtless in the bed photo, which many people were surprised to see since the MTV reality star is 7 months pregnant with another man’s baby.

But, sources insisted to Radar Online they were “just friends.” Lowry, 25, was in California to attend the 2017 MTV Movie Awards. DJ was coincidentally there for “something else” and that’s why they “hung out,” the source said.

There’s one person who wasn’t OK with DJ and Lowry being “just friends.” Her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin, previously told Radar Online Monday it was “sad” that Lowry was seeing another man while pregnant. He is the father of her 3-year-old son, Lincoln. Lowry also has 7-year-old son Isaac with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera.

Marroquin took to Instagram Tuesday to share a photo of his son. He shared his feelings about his ex-wife, who supposedly cheated on him while he was deployed with the Air Force to Iraq. “Usually during bedtime I get in my feelings,” he captioned a picture of Lincoln sleeping. “There’s days I just want to say I’m sorry we couldn’t figure it out. There’s days I know you and me are better off. There’s days I give you my all. There’s days I realize I’ll never abandon you. There’s days I wish you never have to feel daddy’s pain.”

He continued: “There’s days I hope I can hide the unimportant things. Then there’s days I realize you’ll be the man I could never be. I’ll make sure I pick up all the pieces you’re missing.”

While their relationship was rocky, Marroquin thought they were going to work on their marriage when he returned home. Instead, Lowry slapped him with divorce papers.

Since then, Marroquin dipped his toes in the dating pool. He was even tied to MYV alum Madison Channing-Walls, who was on “The Real World: Skeletons.” During an after-show special for “Teen Mom,” Marroquin told host Nessa Diab the relationship didn’t work out because he “found things out” through the tabloids instead of from Channing-Walls. Marroquin didn’t specify what information that was, but it was likely that she’s a heroin addict.

Marroquin, 24, told Radar Online last month they two were “better off” being friends. But Channing Walls seemed to up to heart, seemingly slamming him on social media.

“One thing I’ll never do is beg someone to be a part of my life,” the 26-year-old tweeted in April. “Our generation has lost the value of romance, the value of trust and the value of conversation. Sadly, small talk is the new deep.”
