The second Kaitlyn Leeb stepped onto the stage at Comic-Con 2012, Hollywood started buzzing with one question -- are they real?

The question is in reference to the 24-year-old actress's three-breasted chest which was on display at Comic-Con 2012. The showing was an effort to promote Leeb's latest action flick, Total Recall. In the movie, Leeb plays a three-breasted prostitute.

But according to the actress, before stepping on the stage at the San Diego, Calif., event, she did not expect that her chest would go viral and that people would believe the breasts are real.

There were a bunch of people at Comic-Con asking if I had surgery for the third one, Leeb told the Calgary Herald. Others thought that the two on the side were real. I guess that's the one thing that bothers me the most is that they think I'm out there prancing around Comic-Con with my breasts out. They really are not mine.

While it is confirmed that the breasts are not in fact real, the Toronto-based actress expressed much enthusiasm for this moment in her career. Leeb told the Toronto Star: It feels amazing that you're recognized. It's surreal, the past couple of days. It's all new and exciting.

Leeb, a film and television actress, has acquired a degree from York University in Psychology and for the past three years has worked on projects such as Disney's Aaron Stone, Spike TV's Blue Mountain State, a Toronto International Film Festival feature The Jazzman and the feature films Locked Down and Wrong Turn 4.

Total Recall, which is due out Aug. 3 also stars Hollywood A-listers Colin Farrell, Kate Beckinsale, and Jessica Biel and is an action film remake of the 1990 film of the same name.

The movie remake is directed by Len Wiseman, who is best known for his work on the Underworld series and Live Free or Die Hard.
