Kaley Cuoco Reveals New Hair To Mark End Of ‘Big Bang Theory’ Season 9 Filming

Kaley Cuoco has decided to celebrate the end of filming activities for the “Big Bang Theory” season 9 with a new hairstyle. The actress has added length and a different color to her short tresses.

The “Big Bang Theory” actress took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a series of photographs that revealed the various steps to her new hairstyle transformation, Entertainment Tonight reported. The first snapshot showed Cuoco inside a salon with a hair stylist applying platinum blonde-colored extensions to her hair. She explained in a lengthy Instagram post how she would usually change her hair style after every season.

“It's very important for me to change my look after wrapping each season. I love playing Penny, but it's good for me to bring it back to Kaley,” the actress wrote on the said social media site. She also mentioned that she has decided to do the “opposite” of what she did last year. Avid fans may recall that Cuoco cut her hair into a short bob after “Big Bang Theory” season 5 ended. She even had her hair colored pink in May 2015. Cuoco capped off her Instagram post with the message, “With the extension master @faye.woods .... Stay tuned! (Can't wait to read all the negative comments lol).”

Meanwhile, Cuoco unveiled her new look with a snapshot of her long hair on Instagram. In the said post, she thanked hair stylist Faye Woods for her platinum-tipped hair. The actress also shared a black-and-white picture of herself with Woods. Cuoco captioned the image, “End result! Baby's got her hair back :) thank you @faye.woods.”

Some of the actress’ Instagram followers posted mixed messages over Cuoco’s new look. Many fans compliment the Hollywood star for her long hair. There were also a few who stated that she looked better with short hair. Instagram user hairbychrisc said, “Aww not extensions. I loved your cropped hair. You look great though either way.”

Instagram user meefmoofmax also stated that Cuoco looked beautiful but preferred the short hair on the actress. However, other Instagram fans also commented that Cuoco looks good with either short or long hair.
