Kaley Cuoco Talks First Australia Vacation With Boyfriend Karl Cook’s Family

Kaley Cuoco recently opened up about her first trip to Australia and how it became even more memorable because it was with Karl Cook’s family.

While speaking with Entertainment Tonight, the 31-year-old actress said, “I went to Australia. My boyfriend’s family took me on another amazing trip. It was phenomenal. I’d never been. I feel very lucky, and they’re wonderful people, so that was amazing.”

Prior to heading back to the studio for the filming of “Big Bang Theory” Season 11, Cuoco vacationed at the ranch with her dogs and horses. “That got me totally refreshed and ready to come back to the studio,” she said.

Other than her recent vacations, Cuoco also opened up about her healthy lifestyle and obsession for yoga. The actress recently partnered with Panera to promote healthy cups of drinks that are packed with nutritious ingredients. “This is my yoga body,” she said of her very toned physique.

“I am obsessed with yoga. That’s, like, my biggest love besides horses. I really enjoy my time in the yoga studio. It makes me feel good. I like leaving, feeling, like, drenched with sweat. I feel five pounds lighter… I really recommend it,” she said. And Cuoco also recommends everyone to try Panera’s range of drinks.

“We’re all super healthy in Hollywood, but you drink a soda and you ruin it really fast. Panera brought out this cup that has the amount of calories in every drink… I think that’s kind of the missing element,” she said. On her Instagram account, the actress also shared some snaps from Panera’s recent event in Studio City, California.

Meanwhile, Cuoco also dished on what’s in store for Penny in “Big Bang Theory” Season 11. According to her, the first couple of episodes will most likely focus on Amy (Mayim Bialik) and Sheldon’s (Jim Parsons) relationship. But Penny will continue to enjoy glasses of wine just like in the first couple of seasons.

“I don’t know what the writers are planning down the road, but I’m sure if it’s a wedding, it will be some ‘Star Trek’ theme, something hysterical,” she said.

“Big Bang Theory” Season 11 will premiere on CBS on Sept. 25 at 8 p.m. EDT.
