Kanye West, Amber Heard Exposed: 2020 Year Of Vindication For Taylor Swift, Johnny Depp

Johnny Depp and Taylor Swift are vindicated this year while Kanye West and Amber Heard are exposed, Twitter says.

Earlier this year, the world was shocked when Heard’s audio confessing that she hit her ex-husband and started their fights leaked. Many were surprised because in the past, they thought she was the victim. Heard accused Depp of being violent and abusive, but the leaked audio proved otherwise, prompting fans to call for justice for Depp using the hashtag “#JusticeForJohnnyDepp.”

Meanwhile, a few days back, a clip of West’s unedited phone call informing Swift that he would mention her in his song made rounds online. The video showed that while West informed Swift about mentioning her in the lyrics, he was not being honest to the “Reputation” singer because he changed the lyric when he released the song and even called Swift a “b—-.” The latter insisted that she never gave her consent to West to call her in that way.

Swift received an intense backlash when she reacted to West’s song because his wife Kim Kardashian said that the Grammy winner was aware of it. The “Keeping Up With the Kardashian” star explained that her husband informed Swift and even released a clip about their phone call, but it wasn’t complete. However, many criticized Swift and called her a liar and a snake.

Following the leakage of West and Swift’s audio file, many showed their support to the “Blank Space” singer. Several used the hashtag “#TaylorToldTheTruth.” Meanwhile, West and Kardashian were slammed.

The incidents prompted some Twitter users to conclude that 2020 is the year of vindication for Depp and Swift.

In related news, Depp’s libel case against News Group Newspapers (NGN), the publishers of The Sun, and the newspaper’s executive editor Dan Wootton was postponed due to coronavirus outbreak. Depp sued Wootton and the publication for calling him a “wife-beater.” Depp’s representative Jennifer Afia said that he was “extremely keen for these proceedings to proceed as soon as possible so that he can vindicate his reputation.”
