Kanye West Dumps Kim Kardashian? Rapper Reportedly Breaks Up With New Mother Because Of Her Family

Kim Kardashian may be single, after boyfriend Kanye West reportedly dumped the mother of his first child. Kardashian gave birth to North West June 15 at Cedar-Sinai Medical Center in California, with West skipping out of his own listening party for his album “Yeezus” in Los Angeles to make it to the hospital in time.

But now it seems things have fizzled between the pair. “Kim only had a short while to enjoy the baby before things turned sour between her and Kanye,” a source told Britain’s Star magazine.

“He told her now they are parents, they need to step away from the Kardashian circus so they can raise their daughter in private.”

Prior to giving birth, it was rumored that the 5’2” star would move to Paris following the birth of their daughter, as West loves the city and allegedly wants to live there permanently. During Kardashian’s pregnancy, he spent most of his time there working on his latest album.

However, Kardashian moved back in with her mother, Kris Jenner, following her giving birth. She apparently was taken aback by West’s comments and “told Kanye he can’t make her choose be her family and him because there’ll only be one loser,” the source continued.

Just this week, West tweeted a photo of Kardashian's Father's Day gift to him, computer mice signed by Apple co-founders Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. But if West and Kardashian did indeed break up, that would explain why he attended the BET Awards after parties in Los Angeles Sunday night while the reality star stayed home with North.
