Rapper Kanye West was spotted spending time with his girlfriend Julia Fox and several other celebrities before he got into an alleged altercation with a fan and became a suspect in a battery investigation.

On Wednesday night, West and Fox were seen in an Instagram video cuddled up on a couch at Delilah in West Hollywood. However, they weren’t the only notable faces on the sofa. Madonna, Floyd Mayweather, and Antonio Brown were also seated on the furniture enjoying the music.

“They all had dinner in the private dining room. They came separately but just ended up having dinner together,” a source told People. “Kanye and Julia wouldn’t leave each other’s sides.”

West and Fox were later spotted kissing outside of Deliah, hours before the rapper got into an alleged argument with a fan that turned physical. West left the hotspot while Fox stayed behind.

TMZ reported the incident took place on Thursday around 3 a.m. local time in downtown Los Angeles outside of the Soho Warehouse. West allegedly punched the male fan and pushed him.

The outlet also shared a video that was shot sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday morning, where West appeared enraged.

The rapper can be heard saying, “Did y’all say that or not? Did y’all say that or not?” West went on to yell an expletive while continuing his rant.

The rapper was named as a suspect in a battery report taken by the Newton Division of the Los Angeles Police Department.

The LAPD is currently investigating the matter, which could result in a misdemeanor battery charge. The crime has a maximum sentence of six months.

The incident comes after West along with Harry Styles and Billie Eilish were named as headliners for the 2022 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
