James Cordon has taken "Carpool Karaoke" to new heights. Literally. The “Late Late Show” host changed up his normal routine of needing help on his ride to work to needing to catch a flight to Los Angeles on Monday's episode.

Cordon's savior was rapper Kanye West and West’s complete Sunday Service choir, following the released of his much-anticipated album “Jesus Is King”.

When it comes to West, you can expect things to be out of the ordinary. The segment produced one other twist. Cordon and West didn’t sing along to old hits by the rapper. Instead, West and the choir sang songs off his new album and shared a taste of what you could hear if you attend West's Sunday Service.

In between the soothing sound of the choir, which Cordon called "sensational", West opened up to Cordon about the start of Sunday Service, religion, and the concept of his church during the nearly 20-minute episode. West first got the idea of Sunday Service when he was admitted to the hospital in 2016. West said he had no regret or no shame of his past.

West was smiling and happy throughout the whole segment. He joked about how people thought it was uncool to be married until he got married and Cordon quickly added that "no one ever thought it would be uncool to marry Kim Kardashian." West followed by saying that marriage "is more than cool, it’s heavenly."
