One year after tying the knot Kanye West is still head over heels in love with his wife, Kim Kardashian. Kardashian spent the majority of the long weekend walking down memory lane, sharing photos from their May 2014 wedding. The 37-year-old rapper, who generally avoids social media, got in on the action sharing a sweet Twitter message in honor of their anniversary.

In the tweet, West shared with his followers that he was “so happy” to have married his dream girl. The “Bound 2” singer also made mention of North West, the adorable daughter that he and Kardashian share. He closed out his message by assuring his 34-year-old wife that “in any lifetime” they would be together.

Throughout the weekend, Kim shared several photos from her and West’s over-the-top nuptials. Many of the snapshots she posted were never-before-seen photos from various points in their 2014, week-long celebration. She ended her precious wedding-spam with a series of photos of her and West, taken in the photobooth at their reception.

“I love this man! Happy Anniversary baby!” she captioned one of the pictures.

The famous couple began dating in 2012, shortly after Kardashian ended her brief marriage to NBA star Kris Humphries. In a recent interview with Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush, Kardashian revealed that she was the one that pursued their relationship, reaching out after her divorce.

West and his bride jumped the broom on May 24, 2014. The pair spent the week leading up to their big day in Paris enjoying lavish celebrations with close family and friends. They then secretly jetted off to Florence, Italy, for an intimate ceremony at Forte di Belvedere.
