Karrueche Tran, Chris Brown Dating Again: Why She Took Him Back: Report

Despite multiple infidelities and a tryst that turned Chris Brown into a father, Karrueche Tran decided to get back with the bad-boy singer/rapper, Hollywood Life reported. It took some coaxing to win back Tran’s affection, but Brown was reportedly able to wear her down with affectionate text messages.

The model, who will star in the new scripted series “Vanity,” tried to get over Brown after their split. “She tried so hard to put him out of her life and move on, but, in the end, she just loves him too much to say goodbye,” a source told Hollywood Life. “Like Selena Gomez said, ‘The Heart Wants What It Wants’ and her heart wants Chris.”

Tran, 26, broke up with Brown, 25, in a public Twitter post in March after it was revealed he fathered a child, Royalty, with model Nia Guzman. In the middle of their split, the model admitted she still loved the “Loyal” singer during an OWN interview with life coach Iyanla Vanzant.

"Their text exchanges soon turned sexual. Their texting is definitely hot and steamy,” a source told Hollywood Life. “He’s been telling her all the things he wants to do to her and it really turns her on.”

During her interview with Vanzant, Tran admitted Brown had hurt her. So after she posted a cryptic quote about beauty and tragedy to Instagram Wednesday, some wondered if it was about the rapper.

“There is beauty in tragedy. For tragedy has the power to motivate the human mind. It can turn weakness into strengths and become greatness. Why would you focus on the storm, when you can focus on the rainbow?” the quote read. Tran didn’t explain what it meant, but said she was a fan of Mirtha Michelle, the woman responsible for the saying.
