Karrueche Tran-Chris Brown Update: ‘Loyal’ Singer Will Be 'Incredibly' Disrespected If Ex-Girlfriend Dates Someone He Knows

Chris Brown thinks it will be “incredibly disrespectful” to his image if former girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, starts dating someone he knows, Hollywood Life reported Monday. The news comes amid the former lovers’ latest feud over the “Loyal” singer’s possessiveness.

“That’s not cool,” a source told Hollywood Life about Brown’s views if Tran starts dating someone from Hollywood. “That’s incredibly disrespectful to Chris, his image and his manhood. It makes him look like a sucker. There’s an unwritten rule that Karrueche knows and it’s that you don’t mess around with your ex’s friends or associates when you’re broken up.”

Tran thinks that Brown is a hypocrite for not letting her hook up with any other man even after their split despite his link ups. Brown sparked romance rumors with his other former girlfriend Rihanna when the two started getting along in the last few months after their tumultuous relationship ended in 2013.

“I'm bored and tried [sic] of this situation. I don't get it because I'm single,” Tran told TMZ. "I thought we have all matured and moved on. Especially since Chris has been seen with multiple women since the breakup. I don't want anything to do with any type of violence or negativity."

Brown’s possessiveness for Tran was in the spotlight once again after one of his friends threatened singer Marques Houston for flirting with the model on social media.

Brown’s friends posted a threat on Instagram, aimed at Houston, in the form of a photo of two guns, with the caption: “N----- sho no how to disrespect, I don't care if they not still together." The post, which ended with Houston’s initials, has since been taken down.

The threat was in response to Tran’s “Dinner With the Stankershets” co-star Houston’s comment on the model’s steamy photo posted on Instagram Thursday. However, Brown has remained silent over the threats.

This is not the first time Brown is feuding with someone because of his possessiveness for Tran. In May, Brown slammed supermodel Tyson Beckford for spending time with Tran in Las Vegas.
