Karrueche Tran Hits The Club As More News Surfaces About Chris Brown's Baby

Karrueche Tran isn't sweating Chris Brown's baby-mama drama. TMZ broke the story early this week that Brown reportedly fathered a child with friend and former model Nia. Tran, who has been involved in an on-again, off-again relationship with Brown for the last four years, was the first to address the story, tweeting that she wished Brown and his family “the best of luck.”

Hours after sending the tweet, the 26-year-old was spotted out with close friends Christina Milian and Haley Reinhart. Sources told Us Weekly Tran appeared “happy,” despite the drama. She and her girlfriends are said to have enjoyed an evening of live jazz at Hyde Sunset Kitchen + Cocktails in Hollywood. Photos from their night out show Tran wearing a loose-fitting white dress with a metallic clutch at her side.

Although many sites claim Tran was “blindsided” by the news, Us Weekly's sources seem to think she's taking it pretty well. “She looked great,” a source told Us, adding that she “appeared to be cheerful.” In fact, Tran and company reportedly appeared to be celebrating something.

“She was all smiles as she said 'cheers' with her friends,” the source claims. “She looked completely worry-free.”

Tran has not addressed the situation beyond her initial tweet and is not expected to do so. When the news initially broke, little was known about the 9-month-old or her mother. Now, TMZ has reportedly uncovered the child's name as well as more details about Brown's alleged love-child.

The site reports that Brown and Nia conceived their daughter, whose name is believed to be Royalty, in the summer of 2013. Sources tell TMZ Brown calls Nia regularly and is now looking to play a more active role in his child's life. She and the baby reportedly live in Texas, where he says he'd willingly travel to help parent.
