India’s Kaspersky Lab on Thursday said its 2009 all-in one Kaspersky Internet Security is now available for download and purchase.

The software is designed to protect home user from all types of security threat as it expects huge growth of new malicious programs up to 20 million over a period of time.

It will protect your PC from Viruses and worms, Spyware and Trojans, Hijacking and botnets, Identity theft, Network attacks & Spam, the Company said.

“Kaspersky’s products are well known in the Indian Market and is continuously expanding; besides they are very light, easy to install, has small size of update and not less when 10 updates of antivirus database per day, which can be installed even on old computer with small size of memory or non speedy CPU, Mr. Alexander Gnatusin said.

It also combines with Kaspersky Lab’s new antivirus engine and a two-way firewall, Virtual keyboard that enables users to enter logins and passwords safely and Parental control. And prevents the theft of data transferred via secure connections (HTTPS, SSL) and can remove all traces of a user’s Internet activity such temporary files, cookies, etc.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 is developed in line with the system requirements for Windows Vista and is fully compatible with 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the operating system.
